I am not sure how to use "mineral line control"
I opened it and twisted out the white part. Is that the product or do I have to continue twisting to get the fluid out. I applied the white part to my deep wrinkles and I am not sure I did anything. I am relitively new at fancy makeup, so be extra patient with your answer because I don't have a lot of experience.

The first time you use Mineral Line Control it needs to primed. Twist the bottom approximately 30-60 times continuously. You will see lotion come up through the middle of the sponge tip. When applying Mineral Line Control, remember that a little goes a long way!

Question
I recently purchased Mineral Line Control. I know that application was to apply after Skin Perfecting Serum or after applying Mineral Make-Up.
I also use the Intensive Eye Treatment and the Colour Correcting Foundation Primer in Peach. So, my question is this, when do I apply the Mineral Line Control??? After applying the serum, the eye treatment, and the colour correcting primer or after applying all of the above as well as the mineral makeup?

Apply Mineral Line Control morning and evening after Skin Perfecting Serum and before Intensive Eye Treatment. If you want to temporarily plump an area during the day, apply Mineral Line Control over the 4-in-1 Foundation. When doing this, you may want to use your finger to apply the product so the sponge tip will not get makeup on it.
