What colour should I order?
Are these sheer? I've worn sheer plum lipsticks/glosses in the past, and they have been very nice, but I don't want anything too dark. I'm thinking the pink might be a little too light, and I don't want the orange undertones in the coral to make my teeth look yellow. I have dark brown hair and eyes, and fair to medium complexion.

These lip pencils have a medium opacity. They are not as dense as a lipstick, but they do show color. I think the Wildflower Plum would be flattering with your dark eyes and hair. If you want to brighten your look, I don't think the Coral Blossom would be too orange. It is very subtle and sweet.
