Can this brush be used with liquid foundation?

The Chisel Brush was exclusively designed for the 4-in-1 Foundation. I would not recommend using it with liquid, but if you do, use sparing amounts and wash the bristles regularly.

Question
Is this Pür Purpose Chisel Brush (Limited Edition) exactly the same as the original Chisel Brush (aside from its look)?
It seems from the reviews that the bristles are softer, less dense, etc.

Yes, these are the same exact brush. The heart design was a limited-edition version of the brush for American Heart Association awareness.
