What are parabens for?
I love that your products are so natural and the ones that I have used are GREAT! I hear so much about things with parabens possibly causing health problems. I know they are in almost EVERY cosmetic or food product, but not sure what they are for...preservatives??? I know they are at the END of the list of ingredients. I love how fabulous the line is, I just wondered what all the buzz is about those ingredients. Someone said they thought they were linked to carcinigens, but not sure. Could you enlighten please?

Parabens have been evaluated by the CIR (Cosmetic Ingredient Review) and are considered safe for use in cosmetics. Regardless, we at Pur Minerals are always working to provide the highest quality, safest products available with new cutting-edge ingredients where warranted.
