Mineral Eye Prep has a sponge-tipped applicator. Put a small amount on the lid and gently spread on the eye area with your fingertip. Wait a couple of minutes before applying eye makeup. I like to use Mineral Eye Prep as the last step in my morning skin care routine.

Question
Is the Mineral Eye Prep supposed to help prevent eye shadow from creasing on eye lids that tend to get oily?

Mineral Eye Prep is a perfect first-step for oily eye lids. We also recommend applying the 4-in-1 Foundation over Mineral Eye Prep before applying eye shadow. Mineral Eye Prep will mattify the eye lids and help keep eye shadow from creasing.

Can I use this eye prep with the tone up? I love them both and if so would I use the tone up first and then the eye prep?

You can use Tone Up and Mineral Eye Prep at the same time. Apply Tone Up first and allow it to soak in for a couple of minutes before applying Mineral Eye Prep.
