Question
I have extremely sensitive lips. I haven't yet found a lipstick or lipgloss that does not cause my lips to break out.
I get tiny water secreting bumps on the edges of my lips that are quite irritating. I always thought this was because of chemicals in the lipsticks, but I can't seem to nail the actual ingredient causing this. I was told to just avoid lipsticks all together, but that is obviously not practical as a girl. Though I have been waiting for it, I am skeptical about trying pur minerals lipstick and was wondering what kind of ingredients are in it and anything that may cause a break out?

I have a very similar issue with my lips and haven't had any luck either in determining which ingredient is the culprit. I have had great luck with Pur Minerals lip gloss and have never broken out. Good luck if you do decide to give it a try!

We recommend that you consult with your physician first. It is possible for any ingredient, whether natural or synthetic, to cause a reaction if a person is sensitive to an ingredient. Our Mineral Shea Butter Lipsticks contain the following ingredients:

Ricinus Communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax, Ozokerite, Cera Alba (Beeswax), Copernica Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Octyldodecanol, Isopropyl Myristate, Microcrystalline Wax, Caprylic / Capric Triclyceride, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Oil, Tocopheryl-Acetate, Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid, Butyrospermumparkii (Shea Butter), BHT May Contain: (+/-) Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Carmine, Bismuth Oxychloride.

I would go with the same color lip as the lip liner. However, I would put a pink or nude lip gloss over it to give it some pizazz. =)

Natural Calcite is a fabulous neutral base for any lip shade. Island Pearl or Sheer Zircon would both be lovely. The Pout Plumping Gloss in Spiced Barite would also be flattering. The I Heart Pür Gloss is also surprisingly sheer and natural looking.

Doesn't really taste strongly of anything, because you can use it just about everywhere, not just your lips. Shea butter is the main ingredient.

We do not have an exact match but you may want to try our Roselite Blush or the Pink Marble Powder.

Do you think you will ever provide lip glosses other than Pout Plumping?
I prefer lip glosses but I don't need glosses to provide fuller plumper lips.

Question
colour suggestion for lips
Hi...I use golden medium and have blue eyes and medium blonde hair. I also am frustrated because I have yellowish tints to my teeth that I tried to have whitened. And while it's better, there is definitely still a yellow tone.

I'm looking for a colour suggestion that would minimize the yellow and help me feel more comfortable with my smile?

Shades with orange undertones can make teeth look more yellow. You may want to try Golden Zincite Lipstick, Mauve Quartz Lipstick, Spiced Barite Lip Gloss, or Rose Opal Lip Gloss.

Thanks for the suggestion, Marilyn! If you have not done so already, you may want to try our Natural Calcite Lip Pencil. This shade is great for a nude, natural look.

Question
Do you have any plans for a lip stain?
I love stains! Long-lasting, water-based, non-sticky, they (the good ones) feel like nothing on your lips and stay put under a favorite lip balm. I wish Pur had them!
