Mineral glo is just that it gives you a nice healthy glo and don't apply like bronzer, a light hand and you place it a different spots all over the face and even the throat if you like

The Bronzer is used to even out skin tone, while adding a beautiful, natural glow to the skin. The Mineral Glow adds a little burst of colour to the skin, making it appear sun-kissed and radiant.

The mineral glow is a name of a bronzer with antioxidants in it that is good for your skin. So there is really no difference if you are asking just about coloring aspects.

If your skin tone is not too light (medium), yes, you can use a touch of bronzer all year long. But if your skin tone is fairly light, you can switch to the Universal marble powder in bronze during the winter months. Just dust the color on your cheeks, across your forehead and on the tip of your nose and chin. Just remember that less is better. Like everything in makeup, if we put on too much that's when we start looking old school !

In my humble opinion, I think too much "bronzer" in the winter is definitely Old School. I don't mind seeing just a kiss of color to give a healthy glow, but too much all over is very '80's & '90's to me. Again, just my two cents' worth. :>)

Question
Will it make my face look too pink?
Universal Marble Powder in Pink
I thought that it may be too pink for me, but to my suprise it isnt"t . It adds just the right amount of warmth to your skin to make you look polished. I have been using this make-up with the 4 in 1 and I am amazed at how light it feels and how perfect the coverage is. My skin is looking healthier and my husband and others tell me that I don't look old enough to be a grandmother -yet alone a mother of a 20 year old.

I was also hesitant thinking that it might make me look like I was trying to look too young, but the tint is just right to make you look healthy and vibrant. I have constant, chronic, severe pain. My co-workers say that I look like I am feeling better now and don't look as old or tired as I did. The only change that I have made was in moisturizers and I switched to Pur Mineral Make-up. I like to use the Pink Marble Powder on my cheeks either as blush or over blush. I apply it with a large-style bronzer brush, lightly dusting it on.

I just bought my first kit but I would say yes, it's a matte finish. It certainly isn't sticky and you don't have to apply powder over it to finish it off...it's a foundation and powder in one. Great product so far!!

Our powders are formulated for all skin types and do not contain any petroleum-based oils. They will not exacerbate oiliness however they do not help control oil. We recommend our product Under Control which helps regulate oil production on the skin's surface. http://www.purminerals.com/Under-Co...

We are sorry but Golden Glow 3-in-1 Loose Universal Mineral Pigment was discontinued in early 2008. We recommend Mineral Glow, http://www.purminerals.com/Mineral-.... It is very similar in color to Golden Glow.

Question
HELP! Which powders and what order?
I have been using pur for 2 weeks and am still adjusting to the product and procedure. I have the 4 in 1 in golden medium, mineral glow, marble powder in spice and have rocks and blush on order. Do I also need the marble powder in bronze or is the mineral glow enough? Which products do I wear after the 4 in 1 and do they just go on cheeks or all over? Which brush do I use? Thanks.

A good rule of thumb is to apply the 4-in-1 Foundation first and then follow with any other powders. Each of these powders can be used as a blush or eye shadow. Mineral Glow can also be applied over the entire face using the Powder Brush to give a sun-kissed look. Then you can use one of the other powders as a blush applied with either the Powder Brush or Blush Brush. Use the Shadow Brush and/or Crease Brush to use the powders as eye shadow. All of these powders layer beautifully without looking cakey so you can experiment with different combinations. There are no rules!

Please clarify which will give more 'bronzing'?
I've been reading the questions - thanks for the answers but I am still not clear.
Is the marble powder in bronze an actual bronzer or is it lighter than the mineral glow? Which is going to give me more bronzing?

Bronze Marble Powder has two bronze shades marbled with a pearl shade. The marble powder provides more subtle bronzing than Mineral Glow. We recommend Mineral Glow if you want a more bronzing.

Select the specialty powder based on the look you wish to achieve. Pur Radiance has a slightly pink undertone and imparts a youthful, radiant, and healthy glow. Mineral Light has an ivory undertone that imparts a candlelit glow to the skin. Mineral Glow will give you a sun-kissed look without ever looking orange or streaky.
